About this race
Get ready to hit the park and have some fun! The Bike the Park youth bike race is a family-friendly event designed for kids and teens ages 4 to 16 who want to enjoy biking outdoors on scenic grounds at Bedford Village Memorial Park.
Distance will be based on age:
- Ages 4-5 - One Mile Bike - 2 loops on course
- Ages 6-16 - Two Mile Bike - 4 loops on course
The bike course is easy to follow and perfect for beginners and young athletes looking to try something new. Whether your child is racing for time or just enjoying the fresh air and movement, this event is a great way to build confidence, stay active, and have fun in a supportive, positive environment.
- Check-in is open from 8 AM until 8:45 AM
- Participants should be at the start by 8:45 AM
- Race will start at 9 AM
Athletes must have their own bicycle in good working condition - NO SCOOTERS, TRAINING WHEELS OR E-BIKES. Balance bikes are permitted.
