About this race
The 2026 Turkey Trout is co-sponsored by the Livingston Manor Chamber of Commerce.
This event will bring together Livingston Manor and surrounding communities the Saturday following Thanksgiving for a morning of exercise, fresh air, and generosity. All event proceeds will be donated to The Sullivan County Animal Shelter.
Event Date: November 28, 2026
Event Time: 11:00am
Dogs are welcome to participate and costumes are encouraged. We will have prizes for the human and dog costumes!
Location:
The race will begin and end at Renaissance Park. Participants will run or walk down Creamery Road, turn around at the covered bridge, and end back on Main Street. Parking and packet pickup will be shared closer to the event.
Please note, in the event of inclement weather, this race will be cancelled and registration fees will not be refunded. All proceeds will be donated to the Sullivan County Animal Shelter.
